I have a septic tank that tended to overflow every month at least, it was a gruesome job to empty it, now this magic pump keeps it to the lowest level, raising the water 16 feet and pumping them to the public sewer 656 feet away!!!!!, no noice whatsoever, it turns by itself. The electric bill went up $10 a month but I don't have to worry about overflowing again.

I bought this pump last summer to put in the bottom of a water well pit. Every time I checked the pit, it was dry. So it is apparently working just fine.

Used it for a month and stopped working. The motor starts but water doesnt go out at all. Called customer service. They told me that the bottom part with the fan might be out and is not covered under warranty and i could buy that part for 9.99. So you are on your own. Get a better pump. Also the last few days it rained really hard and water go into my crawl space and living area. Please get a better pump.
